Team PUC Helps Fund Cancer Research!

This year, we launched a network-wide campaign – ‘My Drop in the Bucket’ – to raise money for STOP CANCER, an organization that funds innovative cancer research. We asked everyone to get involved by giving, volunteering or running with Team PUC at the Stop Cancer 5K/10K 2016 that took place at Woodley Park on October 23rd. The idea was that if everyone committed to doing their part (or their “drop”), we would accomplish something great together…and we did! Over 90 student volunteers came out to help, 54 runners signed up with our team, and we raised close to $4,000 for the Stop Cancer organization. This is our 3rd year participating in the run and our best turn out to date! Thank you to everyone who generously gave their time, money and positivity at this year’s event.
