20 May RESOURCE: Covid Vaccination Opportunities for Students 12 & Older at Local Schools
This message is to provide you with information regarding COVID-19 vaccination opportunities for students who are 12 & older. Below are links to flyers to 3 different sites that are providing vaccinations now and in the coming weeks.
It is important to remember that vaccinations are and will continue to be an important step in the reopening and recovery of schools. Herd immunity will not be reached in schools or in the greater community until children are vaccinated.
FLYER – Vaccinations at Lincoln High School (Located in Lincoln Heights)
Appointments and walk-in vaccinations available now, from Tuesdays through Saturdays
FLYER – Vaccinations at Maclay Middle School (Located in Pacoima)
Appointments available starting June 3rd, on Thursdays and on the second Saturday of the month
FLYER – Vaccinations at Vaughn Learning Center (Located in San Fernando)
Appointments available for Thursday, May 27th only
Este mensaje es para brindarle información sobre las oportunidades de vacunación contra el COVID-19 para estudiantes mayores de 12 años. A continuación hay enlaces a folletos de 3 sitios diferentes que están proporcionando vacunas ahora y en las próximas semanas.
Es importante recordar que las vacunas son y seguirán siendo un paso importante en la reapertura y recuperación de las escuelas. La inmunidad colectiva no se alcanzará en las escuelas ni en la comunidad en general hasta que los niños estén vacunados.
