30 Sep Reminder & A Note Regarding PUC Vaccination Clinics on October 1st

This is a reminder that we will be providing FREE COVID-19 vaccines for all individuals 12 and over at two of our campuses this Friday, October 1st. Registration is required in advance. See below for details.

Get vaccinated in the Northeast San Fernando Valley
From 2 PM – 5 PM at the PUC Sylmar Education Complex, located at
13361 Glenoaks Blvd., Sylmar, CA 91342

Get vaccinated in Northeast Los Angeles
From 4 PM – 7 PM at the PUC CALS Campus, located at
7350 N. Figueroa St., Los Angeles, CA 90041

For students who are getting vaccinated, please make note of the following:

  • If the student is under 18, they will need a parent with them at the time of getting vaccinated, along with a signed parent consent form.
  • If a student is going to take the vaccine during school hours, a parent/legal guardian must pick-up the student from school and accompany the student to get the vaccine.

Para los estudiantes que se van a vacunar, por favor tome nota de lo siguiente:

  • Si el estudiante es menor de 18 años, necesitará un padre con él al momento de vacunarse, tambien necesitaran un formulario de consentimiento firmado por los padres.
  • Si un estudiante va a recibir la vacuna durante el horario escolar, un padre/guardian legal debe recoger al estudiante de la escuela y acompañarlo a recibir la vacuna.
