08 Sep Annual PUC Kick-Off Event a Big Hit
On September 6th, hundreds of PUC Schools and PUC National staff members gathered at the Alex Theatre in Glendale for the annual PUC Kick-off for school year 2016-17.
PUC Co-founders Dr. Jacqueline Elliot and Dr. Ref Rodriguez opened the event with a welcome, reflections on the past year, celebrations, challenges, and a vision for the coming year. This was followed by an afternoon of outstanding student performances that thrilled the attendees. Staff at PUC Achieve Charter School in Rochester, New York participated via webcast, and employees who have been with PUC for 10 and 15 years, received awards. Everybody left the Alex Theatre inspired, energized, and highly motivated for the 2016-17 school year.
