Great news for our high schools! U.S. News and World Report has named PUC Community Charter Early College High School in the top 100 schools in California and has awarded them a gold medal. PUC eCALS was awarded a silver medal and PUC Lakeview Charter High School and CALS Early College High School were each awarded bronze medals. Congratulations to our amazing high schools! At PUC Achieve Charter School in Rochester, the first day of Common Core testing began with cheers, and teachers, administrators and parents welcoming students with support and hugs. While some families across the state opted-out of the test, 177 of the 178 students at Achieve took the Englsh Language Arts state test.
