Milagro Charter School, serving grades K through 5, opened in fall of 2004 in the Northeast Los Angeles community of Lincoln Heights. Milagro is the only elementary school within the PUC network. There existed a need for a strong elementary school that would not only feed into CALS Charter Middle School but would serve as a laboratory for bilingual literacy development. Milagro Charter School adheres to the same school design principles as all other PUC schools.
