We are pleased to announce the first PUC wide Musical Showcase! This showcase is intended to highlight the musical talents at PUC Schools. Students from Lakeview Charter Academy, Community Charter Middle School, Excel Charter Academy, CALS Middle School and CALS High School will be performing on this very special evening.
The show will be held at Dr. Music in Eagle Rock on Friday, April 20, 2007 at 8:00 P.M. This program will feature a wide range of musical styles including African drumming, rock, jazz, funk, and salsa. Students will feature compositions by diverse artists such as The Cure, Herbie Hancock, Selena, James Brown, and Led Zeppelin.
Tickets will go on sale March 26, 2007 and can be purchased at CALS Middle School, CALS High School and Community Charter Middle School. Pre-sale tickets are $4.00 and tickets purchased at the door are $5.00. Please come to support the arts programs throughout PUC Schools!
