Partners & Supporters

Our Partners & Supporters are made up of a group of organizations and individuals which help us achieve our goals and vision as educators through the unique support each of them offer. We are thankful for the support and contributions of each of these organizations and are proud of the relationship we have built with them over the years.

Alliant International University

Alliant International University focuses on preparing students for professional careers in the applied social sciences. Our faculty, students and alumni are committed to making an impact on society and to results that make a difference in the lives of individuals, couples, families, schools, organizations, companies, and nations. The institution applies scholarship to solve social problems and has always had an abiding concern for diversity and internationalism. Formed in July 2001 by the combination of the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) and United States International University (USIU), Alliant is an independent, not-for-profit institution of higher education with a history distinguished by innovation.

Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

The Early College High School Initiative, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in partnership with Carnegie Corporation of New York, the Ford Foundation, and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, selects non-profit organizations to serve as intermediaries to establish Early College High Schools based on the initiative’s Core Principles. In general, the initiative funds intermediaries over five years to establish a minimum of six Early College High Schools—either new schools or schools that are redesigned. Organizations selected to be intermediaries typically represent large constituencies, such as national and state-based higher education or K-12 education reform organizations, large school districts, national and regional organizations serving specific populations, and state or community foundations. Grant funds are intended to leverage public dollars and serve only to support the planning and start up of Early College High Schools, not to sustain them. Proposals from intermediaries wishing to implement Early College High Schools are by invitation of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation only.

California Credit Union

California Credit Union, established by teachers in 1933, is a billion dollar not-for-profit financial cooperative with a mission of serving the diverse needs of the educational community as well as the members of organizations recognized by public and private schools. In addition to providing exclusive products and services to Charter Schools and their faculty and staff, we also serve the needs of their supporters. Through our CCU4Schools Charter Schools Rewards Visa, supporters can help raise much-needed funds for their child’s school just by making their daily purchases with the card. The credit card comes with an extraordinary low rate, no annual fee, and most importantly, raises funds for various programs that would otherwise not be possible.
